{"id":3043,"date":"2026-08-18T18:30:24","date_gmt":"2026-08-18T18:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mtsu.edu\/camprec\/?page_id=3043"},"modified":"2026-08-24T09:19:37","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T09:19:37","slug":"gfreg","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mtsu.edu\/camprec\/gf\/gfreg\/","title":{"rendered":"Group Fitness Class Registration &amp; Cancellation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 id=\"registration\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">General Information<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\" class=\"wp-block-list is-style-compact-list\">\n<li>Registration for classes opens 48 hours before the class start time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration is needed each time you attend a class<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are coming in as a guest with a member, see the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"#gfguest\">Group Fitness Guest<\/a><\/span> information in the Passes &amp; Pricing section below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Steps<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\" class=\"wp-block-list is-style-compact-list\">\n<li>Visit the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/recportal.mtsu.edu\/Program\/GetProducts?classification=4d65c4be-c881-43be-ad81-281f23a8ead3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Rec Portal<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cSign In&#8221;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MTSU Students\/Faculty\/Staff<\/strong>: click the&nbsp;<strong>teal \u201cMTSU Student &amp; Employee Login&#8221;<\/strong> button and login with your MFA credentials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other Members: Log in with the email address associated with your account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cFitness,\u201d then click \u201cGroup Fitness\u201d from the drop-down<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the class you want to sign-up for, the scroll down to the date and time you are looking for<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cRegister,\u201d add any other classes you want to sign up for, then click \u201cCheckout\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the entire checkout process\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you <strong>are a student<\/strong> or have <strong>purchased a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"#gfpass\">Group Fitness Pass<\/a><\/span><\/strong> for the semester, there will be no charge and you will proceed through the checkout process without payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have <strong>not purchased a <a href=\"#gfpass\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Group Fitness Pass<\/span><\/a><\/strong>, you will be charged the Single Class Fee and will pay in the checkout process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive a confirmation and receipt email to your MTSU email<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Guest Registration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Review the About Us webpage for&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtsu.edu\/camprec\/membership\/#guest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Guest Pass information<\/span><\/a><\/strong>. You must have an active Campus Recreation membership or Guest Pass to register and attend classes. They will have to pay the Guest Pass Fee plus purchase the Single Class Pass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">Guests who have purchased a Guest Pass can attend with their Member Sponsor at the Single Class rate listed under &#8220;Other MTSU Campus Rec Members Cost.&#8221;\u00a0<strong>The Member Sponsor must also be attending the class.\u00a0<\/strong>Make sure to arrive early, as this can take up to 10 minutes at peak times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\">Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0\" class=\"wp-block-list is-style-compact-list\">\n<li>Visit the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/recportal.mtsu.edu\/Program\/GetProducts?classification=4d65c4be-c881-43be-ad81-281f23a8ead3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Rec Portal<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign in (instructions above)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on your name in the upper right corner and select \u201cProfile\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On a phone:<\/strong>&nbsp;Click the drop-down box that says \u201cProfile\u201d at the top, then select \u201cProgram Registrations\u201d<strong><br>On a computer:<\/strong>&nbsp;Look at menu on the left (under your picture) and select \u201cProgram Registrations\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the class you\u2019d like to cancel and click the 3 dots on the right end of the row (you may need to scroll over to the right on your phone)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration General Information Steps Guest Registration Review the About Us webpage for&nbsp;Guest Pass information.
