income\/expenses for the parent(s) listed on the FAFSA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Copies of relevant W-2 forms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Copy of tax return (1040, 1040A or 1040EZ) for the relevant year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Copy of most recent pay stub<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Workman\u2019s Compensation Statement verification in cases of loss of work due to student\/parent injury<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Unemployment verification in cases of layoff and\/or termination of employment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Child support received or paid from previous marriage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Received miscellaneous funds from others to help with expenses (ex. money from parent, grandparent, friend, church, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mtsu-blocks-expandable-block accordion expandable-group
