At Â鶹ÊÓƵ, we are proud of our work together to serve our students and uphold a tradition of excellence in higher education. Our achievements are made possible by the dedication of our faculty and staff, whose commitment continues to shape the future of our campus and the lives of those we serve.
With strong support from President McPhee and the MTSU Board of Trustees, we are excited to announce the launch of the True Blue Fusion Project, a comprehensive initiative to modernize how we work and enhance our services. This project will strengthen our infrastructure in areas such as human resources, finance, and budgeting by implementing advanced, cloud-based solutions from Oracle.
True Blue Fusion is more than a technology upgrade. It’s a campuswide effort to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and better support the people at the heart of our institution. The tools we are adopting—Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)—are designed to make our systems more responsive, mobile-friendly, and aligned with best practices in higher education.
We know that change can be challenging, and we don’t take that lightly. Successfully transforming our operations will take time, collaboration, and the collective support of our entire campus community. We deeply value the expertise and perspective of our faculty and staff, and we’re committed to working together every step of the way.

Here, you’ll find updates, resources, and details about training opportunities to ensure everyone is prepared before our go-live date in January 2027. We will also share regular communications and offer new ways for you to share feedback as the project evolves.
