The recent Campus Forum brought campus partners together for an engaging update on True Blue Fusion, MTSU鈥檚 enterprise transformation that will modernize finance, human resources, procurement, and budgeting.
Jennifer Ponder, Change Management Architect, kicked off the session and emphasized that True Blue Fusion is more than a system upgrade; it鈥檚 a universitywide shift in how work gets done, with clear communication and support at the center of the effort.
Campus and functional leaders shared updates across key areas of the project, including:
- Yvette Clark,听Vice President听for听Information Technology and CIO,听covered the differences between听SSB9, Canvas, and听True Blue听Fusion听
- Drew Harpool,听Interim Vice President for听Business and Finance,听explained听the new听Chart of Accounts听
- Wendy Brown听and听Gayle Barker,听Human Resource Services Directors,听discussed听HR and payroll updates听
- Zach听LeBarts,听Assistant Vice President for Administration and Business Services,听highlighted听process improvements听in听procurement, including a听听
The forum wrapped up with a robust Q&A session, where participants asked thoughtful, practical questions about payroll timing, approvals, system access, and day-to-day workflows, reflecting strong campus engagement and interest.
