Complaint Process Concerning Accreditation and Fraud
The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Board of Trustees takes very seriously complaints and concerns regarding the University. Students or prospective students who wish to file a complaint related to accreditation or regarding violations of state law not resolved at the institution may submit a complaint to the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, Division of Consumer Protection. . If the program is licensed by the State of Tennessee, a complaint may be filed with the appropriate state licensing board. Under state open records law, all or parts of complaints will generally be available for review upon request from a member of the public.
