“As administrative professionals, we are often the people behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. We are problem-solvers, calendar wranglers, event planners, budget trackers, and sometimes unofficial therapists. We do the grunt work, keep things organized, and occasionally have to ask the hard questions or say what no one else wants to say. It may not always be glamorous, but it is important work. MTAP reminds us that our contributions matter and gives us the opportunity to connect with others who understand both the challenges and rewards of administrative work.
