The MT One Stop has a virtual opportunity to speak with one of our Enrollment Coordinators via Zoom.  This opportunity is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm<\/span><\/em><\/strong>. This is available for all students, but specifically a resource for online only and working students who can’t make it to campus during regular business hours.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

As always, you can email the MT One Stop to work directly with one of our Enrollment Coordinators. Our email is MTOneStop@mtsu.edu<\/a>, and we typically reply within one business day.  To submit documents to our office students may use our convenient Dropbox<\/a> option (you’ll sign in using your Pipeline username and password).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To join the virtual counter, click the button below to open Zoom.  You’ll be placed in a waiting room until it is your turn in the queue. Please note that you cannot see how long the queue is or how long your wait will be while in the waiting room.<\/strong>  We will periodically put a message in the chat indicating the number of people currently waiting so you can decide to wait, come back another time, or email us instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please have your Student Privacy PIN ready before joining (click here for a quick video tutorial<\/a>). If you have a parent or guardian joining Virtual Counter with you, it’s highly encouraged that you add them as a Partner in Education on your Pipeline account.
