MTSU Online is pleased to share the 2026 Student Survey results, which reflect strong overall satisfaction with our online programs. Notably, 88% of students reported being highly or generally satisfied with their experience.
Students continue to highlight flexibility, accessibility, and supportive instruction as key strengths of MTSU Online. Instructors were especially recognized for clear communication, timely feedback, and engaging course design.
The feedback provides valuable direction for continued improvement, including strengthening course organization, increasing instructor interaction, and expanding tutoring support.
Most importantly, students expressed strong confidence in MTSU Online and a willingness to recommend our programs to others, an encouraging affirmation of the work happening across our faculty, staff, and support teams.
