Spring 2019 Construction Update

Numerous improvements to our campus buildings and roadways are underway or wererecently completed. Here is a brief update on recent and current construction projects.

Middle Tennessee Boulevard

  • Working on Alma Mater Drive circle
  • Finishing entrance columns andpavers at Faulkinberry Drive
  • Constructing curbs and gutters inmedian, top soil, and installingirrigation lines
  • Completing Bell Street entrance plaza•Anticipating final asphalt toppingthis spring

Academic Classroom Building

  • MTSU College of Behavioral and Health Sciences Academic Building RenderingNew center for the College ofBehavioral and Health Sciences
  • Consolidating the Criminal JusticeAdministration, Psychology, andSocial Work departments
  • Providing critically neededclassrooms, offices, and lab spaces•Sitework construction (site utilitiesand grading) wrapping up in January
