Our facility schedulers and event coordinators are ready to assist you every step of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Find resources and contacts: A full list of facility schedulers, along with campuswide event guidelines, is available on the Event Coordination website (<a href=\"http:\/\/eventcoordination.mtsu.edu\">eventcoordination.mtsu.edu<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Reserve your space in 25Live: All campus reservations\u2014including classrooms, meeting spaces, and outdoor areas\u2014are managed through 25Live. Please note: Courses take priority in classrooms, and events should not conflict with study day, final exams, or Connection Point activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pre-approve special ceremonies: All groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting ceremonies must be scheduled through the Event Coordination Department and approved by the Office of the President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Stay connected with campus calendars: The University Master Calendar (<a href=\"http:\/\/mtsu.edu\/calendar\">mtsu.edu\/calendar<\/a>) and 25Live (<a href=\"http:\/\/mtsu.edu\/25live\">mtsu.edu\/25live<\/a>) are your go-to tools for viewing and promoting events.
