Includes study in the areas of acting, singing and dancing with regular performance opportunities in CԳٱSٲ,SٳܻԳSܳ,Showcase, and Cabaret productions that allow students to apply their training and in real productions and build a performance resumé. Graduates leave witha strong foundationfor careers in theatre, musical theatre, film, and related performance fields. MURFREESBORO, Tenn. —鶹Ƶ’s campus has been bustling with creative activity this summer as almost 300 rising 11th and 12th graders from across the state showcased their artistic skills at this year’s recently concluded TennesseeGovernor’s School for the Arts.

Auditions arerequiredforAdmission tothe BFA degree Program.

All students applying for this programare required toaudition in person or virtually. Auditions will include the following:

Two musical theatre selections (a pre- and a post-1965 piece), a short dance combination, a one-minute monologue, a headshot, and a resume

Auditions for 2027-2028 and beyond will be in February/Marcheach Academic Year
