*To be eligible for the room lottery process, your housing application must be complete by 10/08/2026 for residents who live on campus during Fall 2026 and by 01/29/2027 for new incoming students. The following must be received and processed in order for your application to be complete: housing application, prepayment, Meningitis A vaccination proof and notarized Financial Guarantor Addendum (if required). Please remember, when attempting to meet the deadline to allow 7 鈥� 10 business days for processing.
**Students will start the room lottery process based on the date and time of application completion. Students will be divided into groups over the course of the week. Not everyone in a group will start the room lottery process on the same date or at that same time. Watch your MTSU email for information regarding your assigned date/time.
***If you fail to select and confirm your room before the room lottery close date, you will be assigned by housing staff.
****If your housing application is completed after 10/8/2026 for residents who live on campus during Fall 2026 and after 01/29/2027 for new incoming students, you will be placed on our assignments queue list to be assigned by housing staff.
