Dr. Kacie de Saint Georges has dedicated her career to advancing student success through collaborative leadership, faculty and staff development, and initiatives that strengthen the student experience. As Executive Director of Student Success at Austin Peay State University, she leads university-wide efforts focused on coordinated care, student success technology, first-generation student support, and career readiness through strong cross-campus partnerships.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to scaling effective student success practices that build connected systems of support that make it easier for students to navigate college, access the resources they need, and maintain momentum toward their goals. Her work embodies the spirit of today’s conference by emphasizing the importance of partnership, innovation, and a campus-wide commitment to helping students succeed.
