How to Confirm Tuition/Fees or Pay
Each semester student’s must confirm they are attending by a certain deadline as published in the Registration Guide. This is so we know you will be attending and to hold your spot in classes. Students can do this one of two ways. First, they can pay their balance owed or pay the first installment of a payment plan. That payment confirms you are attending. Second, students who are receiving financial aid that exceeds their balance owed must Confirm Registration so we know to process your aid.
To pay or confirm, access the Billing and Payment menu in PipelineMT. You can view your balance owed under View My Current Term Balance. If you do not owe anything for the semester, then click the Confirm Registration icon.
Choose the semester you need to confirm and the options to select will appear. If you plan to attend select the “Yes – I Will Attend” option and click on Save.
If you have a zero or negative balance for the term, it will allow you to confirm and provide you with a confirmation number. If needed, you can come back to this screen to verify you are confirmed.
If you receive an error, it means you owe a balance and either need to pay or take further steps for your financial aid to apply correctly. If you need to pay, go back to the Billing and Payment menu and select the option Pay Registration Balance or Installment. That will take you to the portal for payment, where you can sign up for a payment plan or pay the remaining balance. That will confirm your schedule once you are paid for the semester.
